I don't know exactly what help you might require.  However, I can tell you that even when all hope seems lost, there's always an original topic to be written about.  Sometimes I'm inspired by music and literature, but I write best when I'm unsatisfied with myself.

Start keeping a journal, or blog, and write whatever's on your mind, you might surprise yourself with a phrase and become inspired.
