  2. Sugar is a big one for me , I've been trying to quit for over 7 years now but i fail miserably every time. My life is quite dull and boring, i need that sugar rush feeling every day to keep me motivated lol

    Although I would still like to break the habit of daily sugar consumption, But I know deep down it's either never going to happen, or it's going to take a long time to overcome .

    Definitly Caffeine. I have tried in the past to remove it from my diet, but the change never lasts. when I was younger I was drinking about 5 pots of coffee a day, yep about 65 cups. I don't drink coffee anymore, and am using Much less Caffeine, but it is still a part of my life and I believe it is currently a very needed part. Cheers
