Funnily enough, I've slept talked in both French and

English before xD I've slept walked too. More when I was younger rather than now. I'm probably a nightmare to sleep with though, I kick and fidget. But at least I don't snore or take up the cover :)

All the times I remember walking in my sleep, I didn't exactly need to be told. I was in a foreign country once and I woke up standing in the hallway of the hotel. It was a good thing I remembered my room number because I was with a student ambassador group and it would have looked really bad if I had been caught out in the middle of the night. As it was, I had to knock on the door, wake up my roommates so they could let me in, and explain. On the same trip, I woke up standing on the edge of the bed, and another time one roommate said that I and the other roommate were having a "conversation" in our sleep. Before that I wasn't ever aware of sleep walking or talking but who knows. I've caught myself sleepwalking only a couple times since, but that was mostly because I ran into things. And I forgot to add that the time I sleepwalked in the hotel, when I got back to my bed it was made perfectly. I must have done it in my sleep before I left the room. It was weird.

No but once I rolled off the top of my bunk bed and onto the mattress below without waking up. O_o

yes, some 10 years ago my mother told me that i walked towards the door and turned the door k**b. luckily it was locked. i guess i wanted to get out.

I've actually woke up in the middle of a sleep walk.

When I was younger I opened our front door in the middle of sleep and the alarm system went off and woke me up.

But I've been told I kick in my sleep.

I've been told  I talk, or if you talk to me whilest sleeping I'll answer unknowingly.

I also was woken up from a friend who told her I punched her in my sleep. Right in her eye, she had a black eye the next couple days.

I had a dream I was handing her a drink and I motioned it in my sleep then BAM! she screamed and woke me up.

Yes all the time- it has to do with sleeping med's and the sleep apnea.

A person that sleep walks has to be woken up very gently so they do not have a heart attack.
