  3. No, since that happened to a friend of mine, and since I helped him out by lending him money I always check to see I have money or credit cards on me first, that would be embarassing.

  10. I did it last year, and the waitress came running after me after I had already left the restaurant.  I also forget to pick up my credit card and the last time I did it I was already over 100 miles away.  I called the next day and they promptly mailed it to me.
