I'm considering taking up a job in London (Battersea) They're offering 35k per year. Will this cover my cost of living? For a comfortable flat and monthly expenses??

  1. It depends of your "level". If you own a sport car, have a Rolex, buy your clothes @ Selfridges, have a cleaner, go often to restaurants, have some charly and are a member of Soho House, you´r probably gonna be short.

  8. Yes it will. You could live in Zone 3 or 4 and travel in. You could get a room in a shared house and you will have enough money to experience the London lifestyle.

  9. I think that'd do nicely - provided you're single and don't join the party circuit.

    Battersea isn't one of the best places to live, but you could do worse in the city.
