¿For how long have existed the prophecies concerning to your Messiah?

As far as i know, there are plenty of prophecies which Jesus didn't fulfill. I refer to those specifically. Where prophecies from before Jesus time, or after?

  1. According to the Talmud (the Oral Torah, to be studied in depth in order to understand the Written Torah, the Tanakh), prophecy was removed from the world in about 330 BCE. So all the prophecies written in the Tanakh were before Jesus was born.

Anything that came afterwards would not have been accepted as a true prophecy.

EDIT: I see I missed out part of your question. Prophecies began to be written down with the entrance of the Jews to the Land of Israel - about 3,250 years ago.

  2. To clarify: Jesus did not fulfill ANY of the Jewish prophecies. Not a single one.  I'm sure he was a very well meaning bloke, and I'm sure he had good intentions in trying to reform some aspects of Judaism, but he failed to qualify as our messiah.

The Jewish messiah must fulfill *all* of the Jewish prophecies BEFORE - HE - DIES.

There is no 'second coming'. There is no 'resurrection'. There is no second shot at getting it right!

The Jewish messiah gets ONE, normal, mortal lifetime. And during that time if he doesn't fulfill ALL the prophecies, then he 'aint the messiah. Simple and logical as that!

One of the prophecies: the messiah must usher in world peace.

Now: did Jesus bring WORLD PEACE before he died?

    Answer: NO

Ergo: by using simple logic it is clear that Jesus was not the Jewish messiah.
