My sister lives in SB Area and we (My Mother -81 years old- and me) live in Mexico City and dont have Telephone Contact with her or her family some time ago. ¿Somebody can help me for locate her?. My Sister lives in Foothill road in SB.

You can contact the US State Department as well as the Santa Barbara news after filing a missing persons report if possible with the Santa Barbara police department.If she is a resident alien or  naturalized citizen..if she is not you might consider contacting The United States Immigration and Naturalization...If you suspect she is in danger contact a Spanish news network in the California area who may post a photograph.
