Even though I don't mind watching a bit of most sports, my preferred are:

Aquatic sports, Volleyball, Equestrian sports, Gymnastics, Archery and Football (soccer).

i have watched handball for the first time, anything that i don't normally watch here in the U.S. and of course the medal contending events.

I've watche lots of different ones I particularly like the athletics and also I always enjoy the archery, it's one sport I've always wanted to try..

well i have been watching the olympic news on bbc1, but i watch the diving, gymnastics, i watched the swimming and the running

but overall i would say too much, nearly 2/3 hours a day!

Well of course swimming now, but always Track n Field, basketball, rowing, tennis, wrestling, diving. A little bit gymnastics.

I'll watch almost anything but my preferences are diving and gymnastics (more men's than women's).
