“Different costs for different purposes” — cost classification for decision making?

Hi Friends!Can any one help me with this topic.I am doing ICWA-Cost Work Accountant,and we are given this topic to speak on.If any one could pls help me it would be really kind of him/her.Thanks

This is not scholarly; but this is how I classify cost for decision making:

If it is due tomorrow or later: trash can it and wait for next bill.

If it is due today: send payment immediately.

If it was due yesterday, or any time in the last 30 days: send partial payment with an apology and a promise to send more later.

If it was due more than 30 days ago: trash can it and forget it; it has probably already been 'charged off'.

I agree. I am wondering if people know what special ed means and how many people have pressing questions to get help for their kids who are suffering at the hands of professionals at schools who simply do nothing?
