2) Practice speaking, especially accent and rhythm

The secret is practice and practice more at home. Try this software, TOEFL iBT Listening & Speaking & Writing Conqueror Suite. It is very useful for TOEFL preparation.

you need to be familiar with the american accent. so watch lots and lots of american soaps and sitcoms.

Use a guide book.I hope you understand the american accent.It was never a problem with me.

1.if you can you understand words of most english songs you hear or the stuff that's said in movies,you are okay.You just need a few practise tests to complete the thing on time.

2.If you can't,take it later.Speak,Listen and Write.
