I'm 13...

I know enough about make-up but not good makes..!/?

I really need a dark circle cover-up and foundation and preferably a huge set of eye shadow and lip stuff and rouge and stuff!?

Can you give me the best working makes that do them!?

P.S; Can it be cheap, or moderately cheap.:)

oh and i have tanned skin.( dark hair)

and can it not be glittery

I need a:

- cover-up for dark circles

-a foundation

-a huge set of eye shadow, lipgloss, rouge and blush

It would have to be moderately cheap

and not that glittery (accept some eyeshadow)

it would have to work,,,

And available in boots or a pharmacy...!

My absolute favorite foundation, coverup and powder is Bare Minerals (bareminerals.com) YOu can get it at Sephora. It isn't too expensive, but I personally think foundation, cover up and powder is the most important part of makeup, because it gives you a clean 'slate' to work with. It's minerals, aswell, so it's good for your skin! I recently got a set of eyeshadows and blush at London Drugs for 3.99, and i am in LOVE! Another option is E.L.F (eyeslipsface.com) All their products are a dollar! Check it out!

Try Loreal's Bare Naturale Mineral Foundation. It covers the best for a pharmacy brand, you can also use it as an under eye concealer. Mineral foundation/concealer is better for under your eyes, it seems to work better. I use that under my eyes and I use the bare minerals concealer brush to apply it. If you're 13 though and your skin isn't too uneven I would only wear concealer and some brush, no foundation.

go to cherryculture.com, they have good cheap makeup. Cover Girl has that new line of foundation thats really good. You can also go on youtube and type in makeup tutorials if u want to learn how to apply.
