Heii,

i was just wondering, what is a really good for losing weight FAST but not starving yourself of dedicating HEAPS of hours a day to exercise?

I also want the solution to be healthy so i'm not gonna get sick from it. I am looking to drop around 5kgs.

  1. well first of all there is no fast way it can take months for the metabolism to process i do recommend exercise because it helps you should try jillian micheals it is hard but you got to push for the maxium results and she also has a diet plan on her website.


  2. All I do is eat like 1100 max cals. Then burn 1500 calories 3 days a week. The rest of the week I burn 1100-1300. A week I've lost 3 or 4 pounds :O yay xD
