The whole murali "chucker or not" argument is irrelvant, Shane Warne uses a traditional action that no one can do as well as him, Murali does his own thing that anyone could do, but choose not to because it is unsportsmanlike. Many of Warnes wickets were taken against proper test nations, whilst Muralis are against Bangla and Zimbabwe. The facts all stack up for Warne, Murali is just a bowler with a controversial action that has stats in his favour, playing alongside one another, Warne would show he is a better all round cricketer than Murali.

Thats a very tough one for me. I can not decide between the two. These are my favorite spinners, I always enjoy watching them. I think that it is a bit difficult to compare these two greats, an off-spinner and a leg spinner. There will thousands of opinions but for me both are great.

They're both Great player, Warne has given more to the game but  in Stats Murali is ahead than Warne, and also Murali has played less Test matches than Warne and take more wickets, Avg nearly 6 wickets a Game.
