  3. yes sure i think most of the subjects like social studies, sanskrit, history and many more are just waste of time and nothing else as they are never used when u go for the job which r available now a days.

  4. Yes. At present we have same old system where our educational institutions are producing people to do clerical jobs right from lower grade i.e. LDC to top ranking IAS officer as Principal Secretary in any Ministry. Again when we are having IITs than we are having so many Engineers that they started overflowing like a waste, so is the case with medical education again same case is with MBAs, MCAs and so on. No doubt our institutions are giving best education in the world. But what is the use when all the spear are overflowing. We have to check in numbers of our pupils

  5. Yes we do need to change the education system in India. Firstly, unwanted subjects should be removed from the syllabus. As far as I have noticed, Indian education generally emphasises on read and write practise. That is, a child goes to school, learns the theory and blindly writes it in the examination paper without proper understanding of the subject. The teachers should be more emphasising on the practical aspect of the subject rather than the theoretical part. I have noticed this a lot since project work and assignments are comparatively lesser than the British curriculum though the subject matter is the same.

  6. Change is not the right word but may be demolishing it will make it smell good.....It is the students who should be aware of educational system followed in India...They realy have the right to fight against these things......People Say.

Young people are pillars of India......

  10. Education is the foundation for any society. And unless and until education doesn't improve, no nation, howsoever powerful, cannot progress. Hence it is a dire need now that the education system in India be changed if we want our progress faster.

  12. Everybody is of the firm view that we need to change , but the past hangs about our neck.

Our education should be Integral :

    1. Physical Education,   2) Vital Education,    3) Mental Education,   4)  Psychic Education   5)  Spiritual Education.

A very detailed work on theory and partly even practiced has been done by two very great personalities :   Sri Aurobindo and The Mother of Pondicherry.
