  1. they have less manner.


  2. They have nothing else better to do.......

  3. They are mostly illiterate and out of job.They dont know road signs, mannerism or even driving.The shape of rickshaw is triangular and the vision of the driver is restricted to the front one wheel.They just push that with the hope that everything else would fit in.So if it touches or bumps anyone else, they can only quarrel.
