Ｗｈａｔ pickles do you like best when you eat curry in ＩＮＤＩＡ?

Ｉ like skin of watermelon very much.

For me and I have had many it is an Achar, either Punjabi or Bengali style, but the one I buy has lots of hot peppers in it, lime pickle is nice and I will never turn downa hot garlic one, mango if it is a green one I like tart ones.

I love Watermelon Rind too but not in India.

When in Delhi or at my favorite Indian Restaurants I prefer the Mango Pickle..
